Senior Marketplace Performance & Digital Sales Specialist

If you have experience in digital commerce, have a sharp eye for marketplace data, and want to turn online clicks into real business impact across Europe instead of just managing standard listings, this could be the role for you.

What you will be doing
✔️ Owning the commercial performance and online visibility of TIP-Used.com and key external marketplaces like mobile.de and Mascus
✔️ Optimizing asset listings and driving data quality by leveraging AI agents, APIs, and smart automation to make our equipment easier to find and faster to sell.
✔️ Analyzing commercial data—including traffic, leads, and conversion rates—to deliver concrete recommendations on pricing, channel mix, and stock prioritization
✔️ Activating digital campaigns alongside Marketing to improve the digital buyer journey and generate high-quality leads for regional sales teams.
✔️ Collaborating with a team that is practical, supportive, and truly values your input.

What experience you bring
✔️ At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketplace management, e-commerce, or digital merchandising, preferably within an international B2B environment.
✔️ Strong analytical skills with confidence using dashboards, Excel, or BI tools to turn data insights into rapid commercial action.
✔️ A solid grasp of data automation, making you comfortable shaping use cases involving AI agents and external data sources.
✔️ Fluency in English, with additional European languages or experience in the transport, automotive, or heavy machinery sectors considered a strong plus.
✔️ A proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership in your work.
