About this role
We are seeking dedicated Class A CDL drivers for a high-paying regional lane running between Arlington, TX and Spring Hill, TN. This dedicated position offers competitive mileage pay, predictable multi-day home time on a rotating schedule, and 100% no-touch freight.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer along a dedicated route between and Arlington, TX and Spring Hill, TN.
- Complete routes efficiently with 100% No-Touch Freight (primarily drop-and-hook with occasional live unloads).
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and communicate reliably with dispatch.
- Adhere strictly to all DOT safety regulations and traffic laws.
Work Schedule
Enjoy a predictable 4-day workweek with 3 consecutive days off on a structured 3-week rotation:
- Week 1: Monday – Thursday
- Week 2: Tuesday – Friday
- Week 3: Wednesday – Saturday
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience.
- Licensing: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Safety Record: Clean driving record and ability to pass standard DOT physical and drug screens.
Compensation & Benefits
- Top-Tier Pay: $0.69 CPM (Average $1,550 – $1,650 weekly).
- Freight: 100% No-Touch Freight (Mostly drop & hook).
