Job Description:

- Define and govern the future-state business architecture for Project Panda and Project Lotus, aligning business capabilities, processes, operating model requirements and solution design with programme objectives.
- Lead assessment and rationalization of legacy policy administration capabilities, product configurations and business rules, determining what should be replicated, redesigned, simplified, consolidated or retired in Peak3.
- Direct end-to-end business process and integration design across Peak3, electronic point-of-sale and downstream applications to preserve required outputs, controls, workflows and operational outcomes.
- Lead and assure business analysis delivery across underwriting, policy administration, claims, servicing, billing, collections and product configuration, ensuring complete, consistent and traceable requirements.
- Influence business, technology and vendor stakeholders, resolve complex design decisions, and provide authoritative recommendations through design workshops and governance forums.

Key skills & experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Information Systems or a related discipline. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in life insurance operations, policy administration, business architecture or core insurance transformation.
- Proven experience leading business architecture and design for large-scale core system transformation, managing complex integrations, and leading teams of Business Analysts or Business Architects.
- Direct experience with Ingenium or a comparable policy administration system is strongly preferred. No mandatory professional licence is required.
