- Manage engineering projects from concept development and detailed design through construction support, ensuring delivery within approved budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
- Identify potential engineering risks, design conflicts, and project constraints, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical proposals related to wet utilities infrastructure.
- Monitor project progress, resource utilization, design quality, and technical performance, ensuring adherence to contractual requirements and project objectives.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and supervision to junior engineers and design team members, promoting continuous professional development and knowledge sharing.
- Prepare technical reports, design reviews, progress updates, and presentations for clients, management, and relevant authorities.
- Collaborate with other disciplines, including roads, infrastructure, utilities, structural, and environmental engineering teams, to ensure coordinated and constructible design solutions.
- Promote quality assurance, transparency, safety, sustainability, and ethical engineering practices throughout all project activities.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while taking ownership of technical decisions, project deliverables, and assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 12+ years of professional experience in drainage engineering, wet utilities, or related infrastructure projects.
