About this role

Why Harvey

At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.

This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. We have strong product-market fit and world-class investor support. We’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.

Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you.

At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started.

Role Overview

The Enterprise Account Executive joins Harvey's ANZ sales team to drive the growth of Harvey's AI platform across public sector organisations in Australia and New Zealand. This role sits within the broader enterprise sales function and reports to the Enterprise Sales Manager, with a mandate to open and grow accounts in government, regulatory and public institutional settings. The AE will own the full sales cycle for a defined portfolio of public sector accounts, partnering with legal engineers, solutions architects, and product teams to deliver tailored outcomes in a highly regulated buying environment. It is a rare opportunity to shape a high-impact vertical in one of Harvey's fastest-growing international markets, working at the intersection of AI and public sector legal and policy workflows.

What You'll Do

- Own and grow a portfolio of named public sector enterprise accounts across ANZ, driving full-funnel sales activity from prospecting through commercial negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.
- Develop a deep understanding of public sector procurement processes, compliance requirements, and decision-making structures to position Harvey's AI platform effectively.
- Lead high-impact product demonstrations and client engagements that articulate Harvey's value to government stakeholders, legal counsel, and senior executives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal engineering, solutions architecture, and GTM teams to inform roadmap priorities and surface client needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers across public sector institutions, driving expansion and retention within accounts.
- Document learnings, refine messaging, and contribute to scalable playbooks that support Harvey's broader public sector go-to-market strategy in the region.

What You Have

- Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, with a strong preference for experience selling into government or public sector accounts.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with long procurement timelines and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical AI capabilities into clear value propositions for non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with public sector procurement in Australia and/or New Zealand, including panel arrangements, tender processes, and compliance frameworks.
- Interest in the legal industry and a commitment to advancing knowledge work through technology.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a collaborative approach to working across functions in a high-growth environment.
