About this role
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- MBA / PGDM in Operations, Project Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
Experience
- 15-20 years of experience in Project Contracts, Procurement, Tendering, and Commercial functions.
- Experience in real estate, infrastructure, construction, or EPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration, tender management, commercial negotiations, and project execution.
- Experience in handling large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
- Familiarity with relevant legal, contractual, and statutory requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
