What will you be doing?

As a Junior Business Risk Advisor , you will play a key role in helping organizations identify and manage risks and controls. Together with more experienced colleagues, you work on various business risk-related projects such as Internal Audit, Risk Management and Internal Control. Your key responsibilities will be :

- Assess business processes from a risk and control point of view;

- Identifying and assessing vulnerabilities in clients’ control environments or processes through interviews and the inspection of systems and documents;

- Add value to clients by formulating pragmatic and tailored recommendations;

- Manage multiple concurring projects & ensuring timely delivery.

You will work as part of a team that helps to ensure that the strategies and operations of our clients align with their objectives. As a team you will provide independent, critical advice to develop tailored internal control frameworks and optimize business processes.

What do you bring to the table?

- You will graduate with a Master’s degree in Business Economics or equivalent.

- You take ownership of your responsibilities, are pragmatic in your approach, and work well within a team.

- You communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to clients.

- You are tech-savvy, with familiarity in audit tools and AI considered a plus.

- You are willing to travel as needed, both within Europe and internationally, and adaptable to diverse client environments.

- You are fluent in Dutch and English, or French and English. Knowledge of all three is a plus.
