THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a People Operations Working Student to our People Operations team in Berlin !

This role is to join our People Operations team, dedicated to delivering an exceptional employee experience across Europe. In this role, you will contribute to meaningful People initiatives and gain valuable exposure to key HR topics including employment law, payroll, and HR systems (e.g., Personio), all within a fast-paced, international environment

YOUR IMPACT

- Address and resolve employee queries with clarity and care by guiding them to the right resources.

- Support payroll processing by accurately entering and validating HR data in a timely manner.

- Assist with internal audits, documentation, and the gathering of key compliance information.

- Maintain accurate HR data in Personio and support reporting to inform data-driven decision-making.

- Contribute to process optimization and strategic People projects spanning the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.

- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.

WHO YOU ARE

- A university student currently enrolled in HR, Business, or a related discipline, available to work between 15 and 20 hours per week.

- A fluent communicator with C1+ level proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.

- A Berlin-based candidate who can work on-site from our Head Office 2–3 times per week.

- A discreet professional with a proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with high integrity.

- A self-driven, adaptable, and collaborative team player with excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

- A proactive learner passionate about employee experience, eager to develop skills in project management, stakeholder management, and HR operations across Europe.
