About this role

As Senior Sales Manager , you will lead Prysmian’s commercial growth strategy in the markest. Working closely with the Sales Director Sweden & Denmark, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding our market presence across key industry segments.

In this role, you will:

- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the assigned market.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the market.
- Build and grow relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
- Lead strategic negotiations and commercial agreements.
- Manage and develop key accounts while ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and growth initiatives.

About You

You are a strategic and commercially driven sales professional with a passion for building business and delivering results. You combine strong relationship-building skills with a proactive, hands-on approach and thrive in a dynamic market environment.

You bring:

- Proven experience in sales leadership within a B2B environment.
- Strong business development and key account management capabilities.
- A successful track record of delivering sustainable growth and profitability.
- Experience managing complex customer relationships and negotiations.
- Strong commercial acumen with an analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ideally, you also have:

- Experience within the electrical, cable, infrastructure, construction, or industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of the Danish electrical distribution market.
- An established network with wholesalers, contractors, installers, or utilities.
- Experience selling technical products and solution-based offerings.
