Responsibilities:

- Independently handle general administrative and secretarial support tasks for the team
- Organize, coordinate, and follow up on internal and external meetings, events, and national and international business trips
- Independently manage correspondence in both German and English
- Prepare, edit, and format presentations, analyses, and reports using standard MS Office applications (particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) as well as SAP
- Track tasks, deadlines, and agreed actions while supporting an efficient flow of information and communication
- Maintain documentation and filing systems, support document management, and archive audit reports within the Tax Compliance Management System
- Manage professional literature, journals, and other department-related information
- Order and manage office supplies and consumable materials for the department

Qualifications:

- Successfully completed commercial/vocational training, ideally supplemented by an English-language qualification
- Previous experience in an administrative assistant, secretarial, or office management role is an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong IT proficiency and confident use of standard MS Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as SAP
- Strong organizational skills combined with a structured, interdisciplinary, independent, and detail-oriented approach to work
- High level of service orientation, reliability, discretion, and trustworthiness
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment
- Flexibility and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
