Cleaning Schedule

DAILY CLEANING:

CONFERENCE ROOMS, HALLWAYS, RECEPTION ,OFFICE CUBICLES, LOCKER ROOM, BREAKROOM, KITCHENETTE, QC BUILDING, MAINTENANCE, HR TRAILER

All trash receptacles to be emptied and trash removed to a collection point.  Replace liner and

damp wipe receptacle if needed.

Vacuum all carpeting, including carpet mats, pay special attention to traffic lanes in

reception area and entry way.

Clean and polish drinking fountain/water dispenser

Thoroughly dust all horizontal surfaces:  including desktops, telephones, files

windowsill, chairs, tables, pictures and alll manner of furnishing in above named

area.  Dust common areas and desk(by permission ONLY)

Kitchen/Breakroom areas:  Damp wipe table, chairs, counter, exterior of appliances, and sink.

Check walls and cabinets for splash/spill marks and remove as necessary.  Open food left in

breakroom is considered trash and dispose of

Dust mop hard surface floors with a non-treated dust mop

Damp mop hard surface floors to remove any spillage or soiled areas

Damp wipe entrance metal and finger marks on entrance glass in reception area and entry way

Spot clean partition glass

Pay special attention to reception area daily, vacuum, dust and spot clean all glass and smugs

Use a high co-efficient disinfectant and color coded microfiber cloths for proper sanitation.

RESTROOMS

Stock towels, tissues and hand soap

Empty  sanitary napkin receptacles and damp wipe with disinfectant

Empty trash receptacles and wipe if needed

Clean and polish mirrors

5

Wipe towel cabinets covers and dispensers

Toilet and urinals to cleaned and disinfected inside and out.  Polish bright work

Toilet seats to cleaned on both sides and disinfected

Scour and disinfect all basins.  Polish bright work

9

Dust partitions, tops of mirrors and frames

10

Remove splash marks from walls around basins

11

Wet mop and rinse restroom floors including locker room with disinfectant

Use a high co-efficient disinfectant and color coded microfiber cloths for proper sanitation

WEEKLY CLEANING:

CONFERENCE ROOMS, HALLWAYS, RECEPTION ,OFFICE CUBICLES, LOCKER ROOM, BREAKROOM, KITCHENETTE, QC BUILDING, MAINTENANCE, HR TRAILER

Dust all vertical surfaes of desk, file cabinets, chairs, table, and other furniture & furnishings

Dust baseboards and ledges.  Damp wipe as needed

Vacuum all carpeting & carpet mats, taking care to get into corners, along edges and under

mats, and beneath furniture

Damp mop hard surface floors 3 times a week, taking care to get into corners, along edges

under mats and beneath furniture

Damp wipe telephones using a disinfectant

6

Wipe inside and outside of windows in entrance and production area

7

Use a high co-efficient disinfectant and color coded mircofiber cloths for proper sanitation

MONTHLY CLEANING:

CONFERENCE ROOMS, HALLWAYS, RECEPTION ,OFFICE CUBICLES, LOCKER ROOM, BREAKROOM, KITCHENETTE, QC BUILDING, MAINTENANCE, HR TRAILER

Accomplish all high dusting up to 12 feet, not reached in the above-mentioned cleaning.

DO NOT USE LADDER

Remove fingerprints and marks from around light switched and doorframes using a cloor

coded mircofiber cloth and disinfectant
