We are looking for a Butler to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will create memorable stays for Ionian Exclusive guests through attentive, discreet and personalized service. You will anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless experience throughout their stay, delivering the highest standards of professionalism, warmth and hospitality.

Responsibilities

- Prepare suites and villas and fulfil guest preferences before arrival.
- Welcome guests, escort them to their rooms and explain Butler services.
- Deliver daily amenities and provide in-suite Food & Beverage service.
- Assist with departures, packing and unpacking of guest belongings.
- Maintain guest profiles and preferences to create tailored experiences.
- Anticipate guest needs, handle requests and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Guide and supervise Assistant Butlers and Trainees while following hotel standards and procedures.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Fluent in spoken and written English. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Good knowledge of food products, standard recipes and food preparation.
- Good computer skills and ability to use hotel systems and software.
- Ability to handle challenging situations, work under pressure and remain professional.
- Strong negotiation, upselling and telephone skills.
