Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking either a Qualified Dental Nurse, or a Trainee Dental Nurse , to join us at our lovely mixed practice, Dental Beauty Islington. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant & patient centred practice & nursing team, in a large 18-surgery practice.
You will be joining a fantastic team of clinicians and support staff, led by three Clinical Partners, who all work together in harmony to deliver a brilliant patient journey. The practice is very accessible via public transport, close to both Angel & Highbury & Islington stations.
Our working hours operate on a shift basis, so will work as follows:
Mondays-Thursdays (either 7.45AM-2PM, or 1.45PM-8PM)
Fridays (8.45AM-5.45PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high quality dental nursing support in assisting each dentist, hygienist or therapist in all procedures in a safe and effective manner
- Maintain professional indemnity and registration with the GDC (if/when Qualified) & Undertaking CPD in line with these guidelines
- Assist with reception duties and perform other clerical duties as and when required
- To act as an ambassador for DBP company Vision, Ethos and Values; maintaining productive working relationships with all members of the dental team
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- We are looking for either a Qualified Dental Nurse, or a Trainee Dental Nurse for this position
- Trainee Dental Nurses must be enrolled onto a nurse training course
- Experience supporting a variety of general, cosmetic & restorative dental treatment is highly desirable
- Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
- Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
- Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
