# Job Description Summary
Provide the analytical and governance for the Manufacturing S&OP process.

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

•Coordinate the monthly S&OP cycle.

•Prepare Demand Review and Supply Review inputs.

•Consolidate demand, capacity, backlog and manufacturing data.

•Maintain S&OP dashboards and KPIs.

•Identify demand/supply gaps and risks.

•Prepare Executive S&OP material.

•Track decisions, actions and escalations.

•Standardize S&OP reporting across Manufacturing Units.

•Support scenario analysis and what if simulations.

•Review Planning

Key deliverables:

•Monthly S&OP package.

•Global demand vs. capacity dashboard.

•Risk analysis.

•Executive S&OP reporting.

Candidate Requirements

Education

- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.

Years of Experience

- Minimum: 2–4 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand/Supply Planning, or Manufacturing Operations.
- Ideal: Experience specifically within an S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
- Technical Skills & Background

- S&OP Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of the end-to-end S&OP cycle, including the integration of demand forecasting, capacity planning, and financial alignment.
- Data Analytics & Modeling: Advanced proficiency in data consolidation and manipulation. Ability to perform "what-if" scenario analysis and simulation modeling to identify supply/demand gaps.
- Tool Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) for building and maintaining executive-level dashboards.

- Reporting: Proven ability to synthesize complex operational data into concise, high-level presentations for executive leadership.
