Job Description

As a Sr. Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve production goals, maintain high-quality standards, and drive continuous improvement. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to optimize operations and enhance team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of non-exempt employees to achieve production goals and maintain quality standards.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

- Performance Management: Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans.

- Employee Development: Identify training needs, provide coaching, and support employee development.

- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent future problems.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and comply with customer specifications.

- Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation and ensure the availability of raw materials and equipment.

- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.

- Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, peers, and management to ensure alignment and collaboration.

- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs.
