What You’ll Do
Position Summary: The IT Manager - Technical Services - is a highly engaged senior level hands-on technical position providing direct strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of the IT Infrastructure team. The IT Manager is responsible to establish a high-performing technical team, maintain 24/7 operational readiness and support, and advance standardized engineering practices in partnership with application, enterprise data, and cybersecurity teams. This role is accountable for the availability, performance, capacity, lifecycle, automation, and resilience of enterprise infrastructure services supporting clinical and business operations.
Minimum Qualifications Required Educational Degree: Bachelor's Degree Major/Area of Concentration: Information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Education: Healthcare or IT field Required Certifications, Credentials and Licenses: Preferred Certifications, Credentials and Licenses: Cloud & on-premises infrastructure, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma White Belt, DevOps, virtualization, networking, or comparable infrastructure certification.
Required Experience: Five to seven years of progressive infrastructure, cloud, or DevOps experience, including three years leading technical teams. Preferred Experience: Healthcare (preferred) or other regulated-industry experience supporting highly available, 24/7 technology services. Working knowledge of HIPAA, HITRUST, and technology controls applicable to healthcare environments.
