Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ScienceLogic Advanced Engineering SME to support enterprise network monitoring, system integration, engineering, and troubleshooting in classified and unclassified environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ScienceLogic (SL1) monitoring solutions.
• Manage device discovery, SNMP alerts, dashboards, reports, and monitoring integrations.
• Integrate monitoring platforms with ticketing and incident management systems.
• Support network infrastructure monitoring, including routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and applications.
• Perform cybersecurity compliance activities involving ACAS, HBSS, RMF, and STIGs.
• Support system design, implementation, security hardening, change management, and technical documentation.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and knowledge transfer.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Required Qualifications:
• 8+ years of relevant engineering and monitoring experience.
• Hands-on experience with ScienceLogic/SL1.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise network and system monitoring, SNMP, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance and vulnerability remediation.
• Active Secret security clearance required at the time of proposal submission.
• Ability to work on-site and support classified and unclassified environments.
