Data & Analytics Modernization

- Lead Marketing's analytics modernization strategy, ensuring capabilities evolve to meet current and future business needs.
- Champion the adoption of trusted, reusable, and well-governed data products that improve measurement, insights, activation, and decision-making.

- Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact analytics opportunities that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Leverage analytics, AI, and emerging data capabilities to enhance marketing performance, customer outcomes, and business growth.

Governance, Quality & Trust

- Operationalize governance and “quality by design” across data ecosystems (access, stewardship, controls)
- Strengthen confidence in data through consistent governance, business ownership, and clear definitions of critical data assets.
- Ensure data products and analytics outputs meet regulatory, risk, and business requirements while maintaining trust across stakeholders.

Business Partnership & Influence

- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders on analytics, insights, and data-driven decision-making
- Build deep understanding of line-of-business goals, identifying risks and opportunities
- Communicate executive-ready updates, clearly articulating tradeoffs, risks, and dependencies

Adoption & Value Realization

- Drive MACX adoption of data products, self-service analytics, and data-driven decision-making across Marketing and business stakeholders.
- Champion data literacy and enable teams to effectively leverage trusted data assets to improve business performance.
- Establish adoption, usage, and value realization metrics to measure the impact of data products and analytics investments.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by enhancing the overall data consumption experience and simplifying access to trusted insights.

Leadership & Talent Development

- Oversee strategic partnerships and external vendors to accelerate business outcomes and innovation.

What Success Looks Like

- Establish Marketing's data and analytics ecosystem as the preferred foundation for analytical decision-making.
