About this role

Job Summary

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the Spare Parts business through inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping coordination, warehouse administration, customer support, data integrity, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role works closely with Warehouse Operations, Purchasing, Production, Customer Service, and Project Teams to ensure timely delivery of spare parts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate spare parts order fulfillment and ensure timely and accurate shipment of customer orders.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through inventory monitoring, cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities to support operational and customer requirements.

• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate shipments with logistics providers and carriers.

• Maintain accurate inventory, shipment, and transaction records within ERP and related business systems.

• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to ensure material availability and smooth operations.

• Generate inventory, shipment, and operational reports and support KPI tracking and performance monitoring.

• Support continuous improvement, 5S, and safety initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills & Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, order fulfillment, spare parts administration, or supply chain functions.

• Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management processes.

• Exposure to shipping, warehousing, and customer order management.

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

• Exposure to Jira or similar workflow management systems is an advantage.

Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
