Education & Experience
Proven experience in high-volume talent sourcing with a focus on quality delivery.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM platforms, job boards, Boolean search, and other advanced sourcing tools.
Background in fast-paced, high-growth environments is highly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority pipelines simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage candidates and represent the company.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with recruiters and hiring managers.
