As a Payment Coordinator at ICON, you will contribute to our accounting and financial operations function, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes across our clinical programs

What You Will Do:

You will contribute to scientific operations activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively.

Key responsibilities include:

- Responsible for creating Grants in GMS or Purchase Orders in SAP for Site Payments.
- Setting up and maintaining all purchase orders or grants.
- May include processing, tracking and approving monthly invoices.
- May include reconciling grants or purchase orders.
- Tracking and recording Site invoice approvals.
- Supporting Finance to complete monthly and quarterly accruals.
- Resolving invoice issues for the sites.
- Consulting with GCTO, Finance and Procurement on site contracts.
- Summarize Purchase Order/ Agreement justification for Senior Management.
- Corporate Audit Support.
- Assures all client policies are followed.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant scientific operations experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required qualifications and experience:

- Bachelor's degree required
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with ability to excel in high performance teams and/or a matrix organization.

- Minimum of 1-year experience specific to payment processing
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
