Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Product Management & Delivery Manager to own the project management and delivery of new active and white-label ETF launches from regulatory filing through to product launch and all associated product events (e.g. Reshapes, Liquidations, Mergers etc.). The role acts as the central delivery lead across Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Tax, Distribution and external service providers.

Why this role is important to us

The Cross Border Product Management & Delivery team (PD&M) are the global project managers, responsible for the successful launch of all new cross border mutual funds including active and passive ETF structures, as well as the management of all events related to the product life cycle, including share class launches, fund reshapes, mergers and liquidations. The team carries responsibility for the cross border Luxemburg and Irish domiciled fund ranges, distributed in more than 40 countries worldwide. As such, we partner closely with other internal, multi-jurisdictional, functions including product research & development, legal, risk, compliance, sales, marketing, governance and operations). The PD&M manager will also be required to manage the contribution and deliverables of external service providers on all of the ETF projects.

What you will be responsible for

- Global Project Manager, leading the end-to-end delivery of multiple and concurrent new active and white-label ETF launches, establishing project plans, milestones, dependencies and critical paths.

- Translating the agreed ETF proposition into a detailed implementation and launch plan.

- Coordinating Investment, Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Tax, Finance, Distribution, Marketing and Capital Markets workstreams towards operational readiness for all new launches

- Managing relationships with external providers including the administrator, custodian, depositary, transfer agent

- Establishing and tracking the launch readiness criteria, ensuring all operational, regulatory, technology and distribution requirements are complete before go-live.

- Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and decisions, escalating where required in a timely manner.

- Maintain the integrated project plan, RAID log, action tracker and launch documentation.

- Ensure accurate product data is established across internal and external platforms.

- Coordinate post-launch activities, including early-life monitoring, outstanding deliverables and transition into BAU/product management.

- Manage all initiatives concerning the ongoing product management requirements of the funds (e.g. share class launches, sub fund changes, sub fund registrations in multiple jurisdictions, mergers/liquidations).

- Drive continuous improvement reviews and initiatives for all aspects of this role

- Experience working with external fund-service providers.

- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent, high pressure launches.

- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to work effectively against fixed regulatory and market-launch deadlines.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

- Significant experience in asset management, ETF operations and participants, fund implementation, fund launches and/or investment operations.

- Demonstrable project management experience delivering complex investment products.

- Strong cross-functional project management / change management / process improvement experience essential.
