About this role

Are you looking for a CNA position where the care you provide actually becomes part of someone's everyday life?

Iowa Home Care is hiring compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide in-home support to patients throughout the Des Moines area. Rather than working with a large group of patients in a facility, youll have the opportunity to provide personal, one-on-one care in a patient's own home.

Youll help with daily activities, personal care, mobility, and other needs while providing companionship and encouragement along the way. Your presence can make it possible for someone to remain comfortable, safe, and independent at home.

More Than a Caregiver

Home health is personal. You aren't simply completing a checklist of tasks—you're entering someone's home and becoming a trusted part of their support system.

The best CNAs at Iowa Home Care are dependable, compassionate, observant, and comfortable communicating with patients, families, and nurses. We want people who notice the little things, take pride in their work, and understand that how you provide care matters just as much as what you do.

Why Iowa Home Care?

A Supportive Team
You'll have nurses and clinical leadership available to help guide you and answer questions along the way.

Meaningful One-on-One Care
Spend your time making a direct difference for individual patients rather than trying to care for an entire facility at once.

Flexibility
We understand that our employees have lives outside of work. We work to provide scheduling options that fit your availability and our patients' needs.

A Chance to Make an Impact
The assistance you provide with a shower, a meal, mobility, or simply a friendly conversation can make a tremendous difference in someone's day.

A Culture Built Around Compassion
We look for people who treat patients with dignity, communicate respectfully, follow through on their commitments, and genuinely care about the people they serve.
