As a Global Logistics Manager , you will lead the design and execution of EssCo's global logistics outsourcing strategy, shaping the company's independent logistics backbone post-separation. You will drive the full outsourcing of logistics activities, manage 3PL partnerships, and ensure seamless operational continuity across regions and functions. The role offers end-to-end ownership of EssCo's global logistics network with significant strategic and operational impact. Your key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the global logistics outsourcing strategy, analyzing the entire internal and external storage footprint to determine the optimal balance between internal capabilities and outsourced solutions.
- Support Global Procurement in the end-to-end 3PL sourcing process, including scope definition, supplier evaluation, commercial negotiations, and contracting.
- Lead the global implementation of the 3PL outsourcing model, establishing a central control room to manage transitions, escalate issues, and drive rapid decision-making.
- Ensure all logistics operations comply with Feed, Food, Pharma, Safety, Security, and Customs legislation, as well as EssCo's internal SHE and Quality requirements, identifying risks early and defining mitigation measures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing, transportation, and end-to-end logistics flows, defining and monitoring performance indicators to ensure full transparency on costs, service levels, and quality metrics.
- Lead and influence cross-functional and regional teams across a complex global matrix organization, ensuring strong alignment between Procurement, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Finance, D&T, Regulatory, and external logistics partners.

You bring
- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years of global operations and logistics experience, including warehousing, transportation, customs, and foreign trade compliance.
- Proven experience leading transformation initiatives, ideally involving third-party logistics (3PL/4PL) partnerships and outsourcing projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive operational improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a global, cross-functional matrix environment, leading without direct authority and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in highly regulated and multi-industry environments, such as feed, food, or pharmaceutical supply chains, ensuring full compliance and risk management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment and commitment across functions, regions, and external partners.
