What You’ll Do
Partner with the sales team and clients to design financing and leasing solutions that fit their goals and lifestyle
Present protection products, extended service plans, and ancillary offerings with clarity and integrity
Structure deals for strong performance while staying fully compliant with all regulations
Build and maintain strong lender relationships for smooth, competitive approvals
Consistently hit (and exceed) monthly F&I goals
Deliver a seamless, high-touch closing experience that leaves clients impressed
Keep documentation precise, organized, and on time
Stay current on rates, programs, and industry shifts so our clients always get the best available options
What You Bring
3+ years of proven automotive Finance/F&I management experience
Deep knowledge of financing, leasing, and protection products
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship skills
Sharp attention to detail and the ability to move decisively in a fast-paced environment
A track record of hitting performance goals while protecting the customer experience
Excellent organizational habits and a compliance-first mindset
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Positive, professional energy that matches a luxury brand
