About the Role:

As Brand Manager , you will be responsible for shaping the future of some of Ferrero’s most iconic brands in the local market. You will transform global strategies into impactful local initiatives, turning consumer insights into effective marketing plans, communication campaigns and activation programs that strengthen brand equity and drive business results. Working at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Finance, Market Research and Supply Chain, you will lead projects from idea to execution , ensuring that every initiative contributes to brand growth , consumer engagement and commercial success. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic decisions, manage investments and bring innovative ideas to life while delivering sustainable business performance.

Main Responsibilities:

As Brand Manager, you will contribute to the development and execution of long-term brand strategies and annual marketing plans , ensuring that global and regional priorities are translated into relevant and impactful local initiatives. By leveraging market, consumer, shopper and business insights , you will identify growth opportunities, monitor category dynamics and competitive activity, and transform findings into actionable recommendations that strengthen brand performance and drive sustainable growth. You will lead and coordinate market, consumer and shopper research initiatives, working with internal and external partners to generate meaningful insights and assess the effectiveness of marketing activities. Through continuous analysis of consumer behaviour, brand performance, market trends and competitive developments, you will translate findings into recommendations that support brand growth and business objectives.
You will manage key elements of the marketing mix , including brand positioning, communication, media, promotions, portfolio development and packaging initiatives. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will develop communication campaigns and consumer activations, prepare agency briefs, coordinate creative, media and research agencies, and oversee the delivery of marketing materials that effectively support brand objectives while remaining aligned with both local market needs and global brand guidelines. A central part of the role will be developing and managing consumer activation and promotional initiatives , ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives. In close collaboration with Trade Marketing and Sales, you will contribute to the development of promotional programs, assess campaign effectiveness using sales and market performance indicators, identify opportunities for optimization and translate learnings into future growth initiatives. You will also manage the brand portfolio , including product launches, seasonal initiatives, packaging adaptations and artwork development, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal processes. Through continuous analysis of brand performance, market share, distribution, pricing and consumer trends, you will help shape recommendations that support long-term business success.
In partnership with Trade Marketing and Sales, you will contribute to demand and sales planning processes , supporting volume forecasting activities, monitoring performance against targets and identifying opportunities to improve business results. You will help ensure alignment between marketing plans, commercial objectives and brand growth ambitions. In addition, you will contribute to budget planning and performance management , monitoring marketing investments, promotional spending, research costs and overall brand profitability. You will identify risks and opportunities, recommend corrective actions and ensure resources are allocated effectively to achieve business objectives.
Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Market Research, regional and global teams, as well as external agencies and suppliers. You will lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, manage timelines, approvals and reporting requirements, prepare presentations that communicate brand plans, business performance and key recommendations to stakeholders, and ensure accurate project documentation and data management within internal systems and reporting tools. Through effective stakeholder management and project leadership, you will ensure all initiatives are executed on time, within budget and in line with Ferrero's values, policies and business priorities.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you bring 4–7 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing or a related commercial function, preferably in FMCG, combined with a strong understanding of how brands grow in a competitive consumer environment. You are comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and can transform insights into effective business actions.
A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field is preferred. Advanced English language skills are required, along with solid proficiency in MS Office applications , particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience working with SAP is considered an advantage.
You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to navigate complex situations and make data-driven recommendations. At the same time, you are highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You are an excellent communicator who can build strong relationships across functions and influence decisions through clear and compelling presentations. A collaborative mindset, flexibility and resilience under pressure are essential for success in this role.
