About this role

At Ford, we are leaders in manufacturing high-quality components for the automotive industry. We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Engineer to join our Quality team, supporting our production line operations. This position is fundamental to ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards, from process control to customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for driving quality performance on the production line, leading problem-solving activities, and partnering closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Maintenance teams. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with access to cutting-edge technology and professional development opportunities, including the leadership of quality technicians.

Education
Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience
Advanced English.
Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or high-technology component production, in Quality or Production roles.
Solid experience with automotive core tools (FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA) and problem-solving methodologies (G8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and visual management systems.
Knowledge of quality management systems (IATF 16949).
