Role Summary

We are seeking an exceptionally organized, tech-forward Talent Operations Associate to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. As our Talent Operations Associate in London , you will bridge the gap between ensuring our recruiters, and interviewer community are able to find the best talent, through cutting-edge Talent Operations.

We are seeking a proactive AI and automation expert to transform our hiring operations. In this role, you will leverage emerging tools to streamline scheduling, resolve logistics challenges, and build data-driven dashboards. Key Responsibilities

- TA Ops projects: manage process improvement projects to move the business forward as needed.
- AI, automation & workflow optimisation: use AI tools and automation to remove manual bottlenecks, hunt for friction points in daily operations, and redesign workflows toward an admin-zero environment.
- Ashby / ATS ownership: own and configure Ashby within agreed standards and controls, testing new features and AI integrations to improve pipeline velocity.
- Contract configuration: configure the contracts for your region and update them as Legal and the People team make changes in Ashby, and build addendums (e.g. start date) that can live in Ashby.
- Support the recruiters in your region with Ashby and workflow optimisation: optimise interview plans, set up automations, make sure comms are correct, and unblock recruiter issues as they arise.
- Stakeholder management & interviewer enablement: partner with departments on interviewer training requests and shadowing programmes, train up new bar raisers, and use performance data to analyse interviewer effectiveness and improve training across the interviewer community.
- Vendor support: partner with key vendors such as HireRight and Cappfinity, managing the day-to-day relationship and helping move the partnership forward.
- Process documentation: write SOPs and policies for TA and keep the knowledge base up to date as things move forward.
- Data requests & reporting: handle regional and departmental data requests, and produce reports and dashboards that make your area better.
- Data quality: perform regular data-quality checks to keep reporting accurate and reliable.
- Support the coordinators in your region: act as the local operational support and escalation point for the coordinators in your hub.

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in high-volume, multi-region/country talent operations, or a similar recruitment support function.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: A resourceful, solution-oriented mindset able to resolve high-friction scheduling logistics while simultaneously troubleshooting broader operational challenges across the hiring lifecycle.
- AI & Automation Proficiency: Proven experience or a demonstrated passion for using AI tools, prompt engineering, or workflow automations to solve operational inefficiencies.
- Data Fluency: Demonstrated ability to work with hiring data and build reporting dashboards to identify bottlenecks and guide decisions.
- Strong Executive Presence: Confident, tactful communication skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and hold them accountable to timeline commitments.
- Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.
- Strong Project Management: Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects in various stages with ease.

Preferred Experience

- Direct experience with Ashby (ATS).
- Hands-on experience building custom dashboards or using business intelligence tools.
- Background in a high-growth technology, AI, or Fintech environment.
