What Youll Do: The Lot Manager will be responsible for organizing and maintaining all front-line and wholesale units, as well as ensuring our used vehicle inventory is properly managed and maintained.

- Organizing all front-line and wholesale vehicles and maintaining an accurate inventory layout.

- Inspecting and monitoring the condition of used vehicles on the front line to ensure they meet Executive Auto Group standards.

- Stocking in vehicles as they arrive from auction and ensuring all corresponding keys are properly accounted for and organized.

- Completing daily inventory reports, including vehicle locations and merchandising status.

- Monitoring vehicles to ensure they are properly positioned, presentable, and ready for sale.

- Communicating any vehicle condition, inventory, or location issues to the appropriate departments.

- Maintaining an organized and efficient lot to support the sales and service operations.

- Maintain the appearance of the dealership and lot by:

- cleaning, sweeping, pulling weeds

- leaf blowing

- Shoveling Snow

- Mopping floors

- Cleaning windows

- Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- A valid drivers license and a clean driving record

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- A team player with a positive attitude

- Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles (preferred)
