About this role
We are looking for a Junior Power Platform Developer to join the Factory Development Team, focusing on AI solutions and business process automation within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
In this role, you will develop low-code applications, automate workflows, and configure AI agents using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and support the continuous improvement of enterprise applications
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop canvas apps using Power Apps to support business processes.
- Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Configure and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Agent Builder.
- Set up agent topics, basic actions, knowledge sources, and connections to approved enterprise data.
- Apply basic prompt engineering to configure and test AI-driven behaviors and generative answers.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Provide support to ensure the availability and performance of assigned applications.
- Follow established development standards, design patterns, and documentation practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and team members, providing technical assistance and knowledge sharing.
SKILLS:
- Initial experience or exposure to Power Apps and Power Automate through academic projects, internships, or professional experience.
- Basic understanding of application development and business process automation.
- Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain solutions in business terms.
- Ability to work with moderate to low supervision and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and documentation habits.
- Strong eagerness to learn AI, low-code development, and automation technologies.
- Fluent English.
NICE TO HAVE Service Requirements
- Basic exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, or AI agent development.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Windows.
- Understanding of relational data concepts, SharePoint lists, or Dataverse tables.
- Basic knowledge of prompt engineering and generative AI.
- Experience gathering requirements or collaborating directly with business users.
SCHEDULE 🕘:
- Monday to Friday, standard business hours.
- Hybrid work model, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
- Additional onsite attendance may occasionally be required for training sessions and business meetings, including full weeks.
