About this role

We are recruiting for a Valet Team Supervisor to join our team
in Leeds.

This is a fabulous opportunity to join both a successful
brand and family run business. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual
with a desire to experience and learn more about the SKODA brand.

About the Business

Our business started over 60 years ago and has been in the
same family ever since. From our very humble beginnings, we have grown to be in
the top 50 car dealers in the country. Across our 26 businesses we have a
stable workforce of over 600 people, many of whom have been with us for years.
We are always on the lookout for nice, genuine people who genuinely care about
our customers and have a can do attitude.

Our recruitment philosophy is that we recruit for attitude
and train for skills, which means that although we’re often looking for
specific technical skills, if you like working with customers and you are
attracted by our Family Values of Fit, Fun, Family and Fearless, you’ll fit in
well here and we’d like to hear from you even if you have no experience of the
automotive industry.

About You

As Valet Team Supervisor, you’ll be a key part of the
everyday smooth running of our busy branch. From supporting the branch manager
to making sure that deliveries and collections are made successfully to
organising the staff rota and ordering materials, you’ll help us run the show.
Being part of the team means that you will also have valeting and driving
responsibilities too.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, thrive within
a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have the flexibility to work additional
hours at busy times.

Duties:

- Organising
daily deliveries and collections as efficiently as possible.

- Promoting
great customer service throughout the branch.

- Carrying
out regular stock control of valeting materials and ordering new stock as
needed.

- Ensuring
valet bays are kept tidy

- Involvement
in the organisation of the staff rotas to ensure shifts are covered.

You will have:

- High
levels of organisation and attention to detail.
