Marketing Execution Senior Associate: Primacy Offers and Small/Micro Engagement

As a Marketing Execution Senior Associate you would support the planning, development, execution, and optimization of integrated engagement marketing campaigns for Chase Business Banking. This role will help bring primacy offers and Small/Micro segment initiatives to market, partnering across strategy, product, analytics, channels, creative, and control functions to deliver relevant client experiences and measurable business results.

Job responsibilities

As a member of the Business Banking Engagement Marketing team, you will independently manage campaign workstreams that encourage Small and Micro business clients to deepen their relationship with Chase and adopt behaviors that support primacy.

- Lead the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns supporting primacy offers, money movement, relationship deepening, and priority Small/Micro segment initiatives.
- Translate marketing strategies into clear campaign plans, briefs, requirements, timelines, and channel deliverables across email, digital, banker, and owned placements.
- Partner with strategy leads, product teams, analytics, audience management, channel owners, and creative partners to develop differentiated offers and client experiences.
- Manage offer-related execution activities, including audience and eligibility requirements, offer messaging, fulfillment communications, disclosures, testing plans, and launch readiness.
- Drive cross-functional reviews and approvals with Legal, Risk, Controls, Compliance, and other partners while identifying and resolving issues that could affect timing or quality.
- Use client, campaign, and segment insights to inform targeting, personalization, test design, and ongoing optimization for Small and Micro business audiences.
- Monitor milestones, dependencies, budgets, and performance; provide clear status updates, escalate risks, and recommend actions to keep work on strategy and on schedule.
- Review campaign results and partner with analytics to identify learnings, improve future offers, and strengthen client engagement and primacy outcomes.
- Contribute to annual planning and roadmap development by bringing execution expertise, client perspective, and recommendations for improving processes and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including; Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management teams, Business Banking Product and Money Movement teams, Offer, Audience, Channel, and Marketing Technology teams, Brand, Creative, and Content partners, Internal and external agencies, Analytics, Finance, and Research teams, Legal, Risk, Controls, and Compliance partners

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

- 4+ years of experience in marketing execution, campaign management, direct marketing, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, or a related field.
- Experience independently managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from brief development through launch, measurement, and optimization.
- Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage complex workstreams, multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and firm deadlines.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams, navigate ambiguity, and drive decisions without direct authority.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to translate strategy into clear execution requirements.
- Analytical mindset and experience using client, campaign, or performance data to inform decisions and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Demonstrated judgment and ownership, including the ability to anticipate risks, solve problems, and escalate appropriately.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

- Experience developing or executing customer offers, incentives, or rewards is a plus but not required.
- Experience with Business Banking, Small Business, financial services, money movement, or relationship-deepening programs.
- Familiarity with Small and Micro business segments, audience segmentation, personalization, testing, and performance measurement.
- Experience partnering with creative agencies, channel teams, analytics, and Legal, Risk, Controls, or Compliance partners.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment with a continuous improvement mindset.
