PROGRAM SUMMARY :
The Employment Institute, Auberle's nationally recognized workforce development program, places unemployed and underemployed individuals in career jobs, not just training . Our passionate, mission-driven team supports individuals in overcoming any barrier to employment impacting our participants, their families, and future generations. Because of our holistic model, 84% of our participants remain in employment for si x months or more, a long-term indicator of success in the workplace.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Work across databases to accurately report and track critical departmental data.
- Utilize reports to assist the team in making informed decisions regarding programmatic growth and innovation.
- Ensure that files and reports are compiled accurately and timely.
- Assist the department in the instance of audits.
- Track and prepare billing and finance data as necessary including budgets, supplies, and billing.
- Thoroughly communicate with all team members.
- Meet and exceed all reporting requirements according to the agency expectations.
- Ensure that all agency activities operate consistently and ethically within the Mission and Values of Auberle and consistent with its faith-based Catholic Identity.
- Perform such other duties as leadership may direct.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS :
- Work is performed in an office environment.
- Contact with staff and non-staff (e.g., participants, referents, business partners, and staff from other community agencies).
- Requires working flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma
- ACT 33/34 and FBI Clearances
- Valid PA drivers license
- Meet the required Skills and Abilities described herein
