About this role

WHO WE ARE

Adoreal is a fast-growing vertical SaaS company that partners with cosmetic surgery clinics nationwide to expand and grow their practices.
We provide the operational, marketing, and growth infrastructure that empowers surgeons to focus on what they do best: delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes.
By combining innovative business strategies with world-class clinical talent, Adoreal enables clinics and surgeons to thrive in today’s competitive elective medicine landscape.

About the Role
The Patient Sales Coordinator guides prospective plastic surgery patients from first inquiry through consultation and surgical booking. This is a relationship-driven sales role for someone who can close without making patients feel "sold." You'll build trust quickly, address concerns with confidence, and become each patient's trusted advocate throughout their surgical journey.

Success is measured by results: consultation-to-surgery conversion, surgical revenue, follow-up, referrals, and an exceptional patient experience.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Baltimore, Maryland.

What You'll Do

- Own the patient relationship from initial inquiry through consultation, deposit, and surgical scheduling
- Learn each patient's goals, motivations, and concerns, and present the surgeon and practice in a compelling, authentic way
- Lead financial conversations, including surgical fees, deposits, payments, and financing options
- Address objections around price, timing, fear, or family concerns, and confidently ask for the business
- Manage a large pipeline with consistent, personalized follow-up, including re-engaging past consultations and unscheduled leads
- Meet consultation-to-surgery conversion and revenue goals
- Document all patient interactions in the CRM or practice-management system
- Partner with surgeons and clinical staff to ensure a seamless transition from consultation to surgery and post-op care

- Comfort discussing money and guiding patients toward a decision
- Persistence in following up without being pushy
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport with affluent, discerning clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills
- Experience with a CRM or practice-management system
- Plastic surgery or aesthetics experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent sales or industry experience will be considered
