Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first aid and basic medical care to students, staff, and visitors.
- Monitor students’ daily health, including vital signs and special health conditions.
- Administer medications according to medical prescriptions and school protocols.
- Maintain and update medical records and vaccination documentation.
- Support the School Doctor in medical check-ups and preventive health programs.
- Develop and promote hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention programs.
- Inform and advise parents, teachers, and staff about students’ health needs.
- Manage medical emergencies and coordinate referrals to healthcare facilities when necessary.
- Participate in health education and promotion campaigns within the school.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

- Degree or technical qualification in Nursing, with a valid professional license.
- Experience caring for children and adolescents, preferably in school settings.
- Knowledge of first aid and emergency management.
- Strong communication skills and empathy with students and families.
- Ability to handle confidential medical information responsibly.
- Experience in pediatric or school health.
- Knowledge of health promotion and disease prevention programs.
- Skills in health education and crisis management.
- Early childhood development knowledge
- Patience, empathy, and nurturing attitude
- Strong communication with children, parents, and colleagues
- Health, safety, and hygiene practices for young children
- Conflict resolution and behavior guidance skills
- Teamwork and collaboration with other staff
- Record-keeping and reporting on child development
