About this role
Manage end-to-end legal support for contract intake and negotiations across all KFC US departments. Your mission will be to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and support KFC US business goals by driving effective contracting processes.
Education/Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required, paralegal certification preferred
Experience
- At least 4 years’ paralegal experience in a law firm or law department – (in-house experience preferred))
- Mindset focused on providing risk assessments and real-world solutions. Ability to support large number of business stakeholders and understand their needs and goals, tolerance for risk, team members’ roles and skills. Capacity always to be flexible and to embrace the support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build individual relationships and to communicate with leadership as needed.
- Ability to manage outside counsel/consultant relationship.
- High personal and professional integrity and the ability to establish personal credibility within the department and organization
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high expectations for excellence.
Salary Range: $94,590 to $99,845 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
