Program Goal
The Nursing Fellowship Program aims to:
- Equip JHS nurses with the knowledge, confidence, and hands-on experience needed to transition into critical care practice
- Strengthen our internal talent pipeline by investing in nurses who are committed to growing within the organization
- Support our facilities with highly trained, mission-driven critical care nurses who understand the JHS culture and standards of excellence

Program Logistics
- Placement: Opportunities available in the NICU and PICU.
- Selection Process :
- Spots are limited.
- Requires at least one year of staff nurse experience.
- Interested employees are required to officially apply during the posting period
- Each facility will conduct their interview & selection process
- Applicants will be evaluated based on readiness, performance, and alignment with critical care competencies.
- Program begins on November 16 . Selected fellows will participate in a structured development experience that includes clinical immersion, mentorship, and guided skill-building tailored to critical care environments.
