## Department Overview
We are seeking a Sales Manager based in São Paulo, Brazil to drive the strategic growth of Silent Sentinel's advanced surveillance solutions. This role is pivotal in elevating our market presence from standalone long-range camera sales to fully integrated security ecosystems. Supporting regional sales teams, channel partners, and key accounts, you will accelerate revenue across critical verticals such as Public Safety, Defence, Government, Critical Infrastructure, Maritime, and Energy/Oil & Gas across Latin America.
## Job Description

- Strategic Integrated Sales Leadership: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Silent Sentinel solutions. Lead the strategic transition from camera hardware sales to complex, integrated solution selling incorporating Command and Control (C2) and Video Management Software (VMS) platforms.
- Market & Channel Development: Develop and execute a targeted go-to-market strategy for Brazil and the broader LATAM region. Recruit, enable, and manage key system integrators, distributors, and technology partners capable of delivering end-to-end integrated security architectures.
- Technical & Commercial Support: Lead complex solution-selling efforts including high-level presentations, system demonstrations, competitive positioning, and technical bid responses (RFPs/RFQs) requiring multi-layered software and hardware integration.
- Pipeline & Forecasting: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, provide accurate and timely forecasting for the Silent Sentinel integrated portfolio, and consistently hit or exceed regional revenue targets.
- Customer Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key decision-makers, government agencies, and system integrators.

Basic Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 4+ years of technical sales experience in Public Safety, Security Systems, or Military/Defense markets. OR 8+ years of technical sales experience in the same sectors in lieu of a degree.
- Language Requirements: Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken) is required to manage regional customer and internal stakeholder interactions across Latin America and global leadership.

- ## Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Integrated Software Expertise: Solid working knowledge and sales experience with Command and Control Software (C2) and Video Management Software (VMS) systems, with a proven track record of selling integrated hardware/software architectures.
- Hardware & Sensor Knowledge: Experience with electro-optical (EO) systems, infrared imaging, and long-range thermal sensors (MWIR/LWIR).
- Industry Track Record: Demonstrated success selling complex, integrated solutions into State/Federal Government, Public Safety, Border Security, Critical Infrastructure, or Energy sectors in Brazil/LATAM.
- Tools: Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills; strong ability to articulate the value of fully integrated systems to both technical and executive audiences.
- Travel: Ability to travel regionally within Brazil and LATAM (>50%) to meet clients, support partners, and attend industry events.
