At BTA, we believe great operations create the foundation for great care. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-focused Center Supervisor to lead daily center operations, support staff, and help ensure a positive experience for the families we serve.

What You'll Do

- Oversee daily center operations and ensure readiness for scheduled services.
- Coordinate staffing, schedules, center capacity, and operational priorities.
- Support staff accountability, onboarding, and performance.
- Monitor operational KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and drive results.
- Partner with Clinical Operations, HR, Scheduling, and other teams to maintain service continuity.
- Promote a safe, professional, welcoming, and compliant environment.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in operations, team supervision, or service-based environments.
- Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, support teams, and make sound operational decisions.
- Healthcare, behavioral health, childcare, or ABA experience is a plus.
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
