Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Calypso Business Analyst to support functional analysis, business requirements and platform enhancements within a Capital Markets environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyse and challenge business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Analyse Calypso functionalities, workflows and configuration requirements.
- Conduct impact assessments and contribute to solution design.
- Coordinate with technical teams, Product Owners and business stakeholders.
- Support functional testing, UAT and issue resolution.
- Contribute to Calypso enhancements and process improvements.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience as a Calypso Business Analyst.
- Strong functional knowledge of Nasdaq Calypso.
- Understanding of Capital Markets products, including FX, Securities, Money Markets and Derivatives.
- Experience in requirements gathering, functional specifications and testing.
- Good SQL knowledge.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Calypso upgrades or migrations.
- Unix/Linux knowledge.
- Agile delivery experience.
