Reporting to the Director, Logistics – Administrative Services, the Training Advisor is responsible for all activities related to user training and competency development. This individual designs, develops, structures, and delivers training programs to support the effective use of technology tools, internal processes, and Procurement and Logistics service offerings.

The incumbent plays a key role in developing learning content, creating training and change management plans, and evaluating user adoption across teams to ensure successful implementation and long-term utilization of tools and processes.
What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain training content related to technology tools, operational processes, and procurement and logistics services.
• Create a variety of learning materials, including user guides, videos, tutorials, presentations, interactive learning modules, and reference documentation.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate training sessions for a wide range of audiences, including employees, power users, and managers.
• Support the deployment of new tools, systems, and processes by delivering effective training and change management activities.
• Develop comprehensive learning paths and training plans for transformation projects and ongoing operational needs.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to create change management strategies that drive user engagement and adoption.
• Recommend and implement the most effective learning methods, platforms, and training tools based on organizational needs.
• Measure training effectiveness and evaluate user adoption to identify improvement opportunities.
• Recommend and develop additional learning initiatives to strengthen employee capabilities.
• Work closely with Procurement, Logistics, Technology, and Continuous Improvement teams to ensure training programs align with business objectives.

This role could be for you if you have

• Education in instructional design, education, communications, information technology, or a related field.
• Significant experience designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and knowledge transfer skills.
• Experience supporting organizational change and user adoption initiatives.
• Proven ability to create engaging learning content and structured training programs.
• A solid understanding of technology-driven business environments and digital tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
• A collaborative, client-focused, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Availability to travel occasionally based on project requirements.
