## POSITION SUMMARY
The Strategic Account Specialist serves as a strategic advocate for U.S. AutoForce's largest national and white-glove customers, supporting customer success and business outcomes across the order-to-cash experience. As a central resource for assigned strategic accounts, this role partners with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues, remove barriers, and ensure financial and operational processes support a seamless customer experience. Through strong relationship management and cross-functional collaboration, the Strategic Account Specialist strengthens account health, improves visibility, and drives operational and financial performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Job Responsibilities:

- Manage assigned strategic and white-glove customer accounts with a focus on customer experience, accounts receivable performance, and risk mitigation.
- Serve as the internal owner and advocate for assigned strategic accounts, coordinating cross-functional efforts to remove barriers, resolve complex issues, and support customer success throughout the order-to-cash cycle.
- Identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities to prevent customer disruptions, strengthen account performance, and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, Sales partners, and internal stakeholders to support long-term growth and business objectives.
- Exercise independent judgment to determine appropriate resolution strategies and when collaboration or escalation is required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience considered.
- Three or more years of experience in complex customer relationships, account management, finance operations, order-to-cash, accounts receivable, or related functions preferred.
- Strong relationship management, customer advocacy, and stakeholder influence skills with complex or high-value accounts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risk, interpret financial information, and resolve root causes.
- Ability to understand customer needs, balance priorities, and support customer success and company objectives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build credibility at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and align customers, Sales, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

- Experience supporting strategic, national, complex, or high-volume accounts strongly preferred.
- Cross-functional experience resolving customer issues, improving processes, and enhancing operations preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and ERP or CRM systems preferred.
