Position Summary

We are seeking a highly capable Sales Technology & CRM Administrator to own, administrator, optimize, and continuously improve our sales technology ecosystem.

This individual will serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator and will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure our technology stack effectively supports the end-to-end sales lifecycle.

The ideal candidate combines strong CRM administration expertise with sales operations knowledge, workflow automation, data management, reporting, dashboard development, and system integration capabilities.

This is not simply a system maintenance role. We are looking for someone who can understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions that improve seller productivity, pipeline visibility, data quality, and management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. CRM & Platform Administration

- Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, licenses, teams, territories, and access controls.
- Configure CRM objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, lead statuses, opportunity stages, and other system configurations.
- Manage platform configurations and ensure systems remain aligned with evolving sales processes.
- Monitor system utilization, adoption, data integrity, and platform performance.

2. Salesforce & HubSpot Optimization

- Configure and maintain lead, contact, account, and opportunity management processes.
- Design and optimize lead routing, assignment rules, qualification workflows, lifecycle stages, and opportunity processes.
- Develop automation to reduce manual activities performed by sales teams.
- Maintain standardized sales processes and ensure consistent CRM usage across teams.
- Identify opportunities to simplify CRM experiences and improve seller productivity.

3. Workflow & Process Automation

- Translate Sales and Revenue Operations requirements into automated workflows.
- Design automation for activities such as: Lead capture and enrichment
- Lead qualification
- Lead assignment and routing
- Account/contact enrichment
- Sales follow-up
- Opportunity stage management
- Notifications and alerts
- Sales handoffs
- Pipeline management
- Data synchronization

- Continuously identify manual sales activities that can be automated.

4. Reporting, Dashboards & Analytics

Develop and maintain executive and operational dashboards covering areas such as:

- Sales pipeline
- Pipeline coverage
- Pipeline velocity
- Lead conversion
- Opportunity conversion
- Win/loss analysis
- Sales activity
- Lead source effectiveness
- SDR/BDR productivity
- Account penetration
- Forecast accuracy
- Sales funnel performance

Create role-specific dashboards for Sales Executives, Sales Leaders, Account Executives, SDR/BDRs, and Revenue Operations teams.

Ensure reporting definitions and KPI calculations are consistent across platforms.

5. Sales Intelligence & Prospecting Platforms

Administer and optimize ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to support prospecting and account-based selling activities.

Responsibilities may include:

- User/license administration
- CRM integrations
- Lead/contact enrichment
- Account mapping
- Prospect segmentation
- Data export/import processes
- Duplicate management
- Data quality monitoring
- Sales intelligence workflows

Work with Sales leadership to improve adoption and maximize value from sales intelligence platforms.

6. Data Management & Governance

- Maintain high standards for CRM data quality, completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
- Develop policies and processes for: Data ownership
- Duplicate management
- Required fields
- Naming conventions
- Account/contact hierarchy
- Lead lifecycle governance
- CRM hygiene

- Conduct periodic data audits and recommend corrective actions.
- Establish data governance standards across the sales technology ecosystem.

7. Systems Integration

Manage and monitor integrations between:

ZoomInfo → HubSpot → Salesforce → LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Ensure information flows accurately across the ecosystem and investigate synchronization or integration issues.

Partner with IT, vendors, or integration specialists when necessary to implement more advanced integrations.

8. User Support & Enablement

- Serve as the first point of contact for sales technology issues.
- Troubleshoot system, workflow, reporting, access, and data issues.
- Develop user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
- Train new and existing sales team members on appropriate use of the technology stack.
- Promote adoption of standardized sales processes and tools.

9. Continuous Improvement

Partner with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations to identify opportunities to:

- Reduce administrative effort for sellers
- Improve lead response time
- Improve pipeline transparency
- Increase CRM adoption
- Improve data quality
- Increase sales productivity
- Improve management reporting
- Automate repetitive activities

Maintain a roadmap of system enhancements and prioritize improvements based on business impact.

Required Qualifications

- 3–6+ years of experience in CRM Administration, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Technology, or Business Systems.
- Strong hands-on administration experience with Salesforce.
- Experience administering or configuring HubSpot.
- Experience working with sales intelligence/prospecting platforms such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales lifecycle, including:

Lead → MQL/SQL → Opportunity → Pipeline → Closed Won/Lost

- Experience building CRM workflows, automation, validation rules, assignment rules, and notifications.
- Strong experience developing reports, KPIs, and executive dashboards.
- Understanding of CRM data models involving Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Activities, and Campaigns.
- Strong data management and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- HubSpot certifications.
- Experience with Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
- Experience integrating CRM and sales intelligence platforms.
- Familiarity with API/integration concepts and tools such as Zapier, Workato, Tray.io, or similar platforms.
- Advanced Excel/data analysis capabilities.
- Experience supporting SDR/BDR, Account Executive, and Enterprise Sales organizations.
- Familiarity with sales forecasting, territory management, account segmentation, and pipeline management.
