Key Responsibilities

- Assemble and sub-assemble parts and products according to instructions.
- Pick up and deliver parts and tools as needed.
- Use scales, gauges, and other measuring instruments to verify products meet specifications.
- Read and follow simple drawings and work instructions.
- Pack finished products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Follow all safety and quality standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow simple drawings and instructions.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to use measuring instruments, including scales and gauges.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Ability to perform moderate physical work, including occasional heavy lifting.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

- Work in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Stand, walk, and move throughout the workday.
- Lift heavy items occasionally, in accordance with safety guidelines.
