Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position scheduled to work Monday through Friday, with core hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. You will work at 7974 UW Health Court, Middleton, WI and visit clinics throughout the area.

We are seeking an RN Director Ambulatory Operations to:
- Lead the growing Departments of Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, Vascular, Podiatry, and Thoracic
- Provide oversight and collaboration with operational and physician partners
- Represent the departments on various committees and workgroups
- Lead innovation, transformation, and change leadership

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing Required
- Master's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration Preferred
Work Experience
- 5 years relevant experience in the management of ambulatory services and/or programs Required
- Has held administrative position in a large academic or complex health program that included clinical operations Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse and eligible to practice in the state of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
