The Mission Integration, Analysis and Assessments group is searching for a high energy individual with a strong background in modeling and analysis methodologies. The selected candidate will lead modeling, simulation, and analysis studies that provide data driven insights to leaders across multiple Lines of Business within LM Space, helping shape their strategies to meet customer needs.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

* Perform studies as part of a team to model and analyze Space sensing performance and trades (i.e. collection, resource allocation, access, gaps, etc.)
* Regularly engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their analysis needs, plan analysis tasks, and lead small teams to deliver valuable findings to stakeholders

* Present findings to key stakeholders assessing enterprise performance under a variety of configuration options to drive decision making

Basic Qualifications

* Experience with modeling, simulating, and analyzing satellite systems
* Experience in modeling and simulation tools such as STK, ODTK, AFSIM, OD++, etc
* Programming and scripting experience using MATLAB, Python, R, or similar languages

* Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) field
* Current TS/SCI clearance

Desired Skills

* ISR domain experience
* Experience with sensor (EO/IR/RF) payload modeling and simulation
* Experience leading small engineering teams
* Demonstrated track record of authoring final deliverables documenting analysis methodology, assumptions, and conclusions
* Experience with applying Data Science and Machine Learning techniques within analysis to drive more comprehensive results
* Strong Math, Physics, and Statistics background
* Demonstrated capability to proactively work through difficult technical, project and resource challenges in often ambiguous circumstances
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully between multiple engineering disciplines

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
