Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Senior Executive Assistant to provide complex and confidential administrative support to the Chief Information and Technology Officer (CITO). The CITO leads approximately 6,000 employees and serves on the bank's Managing Committee. This role requires sound judgment, discretion, and initiative while managing executive priorities, including calendar management, meeting coordination, stakeholder engagement, and administrative support.
The successful candidate will anticipate needs, assess situations quickly, and partner effectively with executive leadership to ensure the CITO office operates efficiently and effectively. Working closely with other Senior Executive Assistants, this individual will help coordinate key priorities, communications, and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CITO and their leadership team.
- Manage and safeguard highly sensitive and confidential information, exercising exceptional judgment and discretion while supporting executive decision-making, organizational planning, personnel matters, and business operations.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling priorities, and meeting coordination across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- Anticipate leadership needs and proactively address scheduling, logistical, and operational challenges.
- Coordinate and manage meeting logistics, including invitations, agendas, presentations, meeting materials, room reservations, catering, and technology requirements.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries, ensuring a high level of accuracy, seamless execution, and proactive resolution of scheduling or travel-related issues.
- Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Leadership Team & Business Support
- Support leadership meetings, business reviews, operating routines, and business planning activities.
- Coordinate leadership team communications, action item tracking, and follow-up activities to support execution of key priorities.
- Prepare and distribute presentations, reports, organizational materials, and executive communications.
- Partner effectively with leaders, business partners, and administrative professionals across the organization to drive coordination and business effectiveness.
- Support onboarding activities, employee engagement efforts, and organizational initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience providing executive administrative support to executive management in a complex corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, Excel, Copilot and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience prioritizing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proven experience exercising sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.
- Experience coordinating executive travel, calendar management, meeting planning, and expense reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- Experience working strategically and collaboratively across departments.
Location Expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $30.29 - $40.38
