- Must be punctual and have dependable attendance.
- Demonstrate professionalism and present a friendly, cooperative attitude towards customers, donors, and co-workers.
- Ability to multitask, make quick decisions, and work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Process and clean each item, including seasonal items, using good, better, and best pricing guidelines.
- Responsible for stock rotation in the assigned area of the sales floor, while adhering to proper storage and boxing guidelines for our seasonal items.
- Assist donors as they arrive.
- Maintain accurate records of donations and issue completed donation receipts to all donors.
- Work must be conducted safely, maintaining good housekeeping standards. Keep a well-maintained and clean work area, ensuring all aisles and pathways to fire extinguishers and exits are clear of clutter.
