About this role

We’re seeking a Business & Creative Operations Project Manager to support our client’s in-house creative agency by coordinating business and operational initiatives, organizing information, and keeping cross-functional projects moving forward. In this role, you’ll bring structure to complex work by managing timelines, tracking progress, maintaining clear documentation, and ensuring teams stay aligned on priorities and next steps. You’ll play an important role in supporting agency operations, preparing leadership materials, and helping teams work more efficiently together.

Position Overview:

As the Business & Creative Operations Project Manager , you’ll work closely with the operations team and partners across the agency to turn priorities into actionable plans and ensure key initiatives stay organized and on track. From coordinating project milestones and maintaining agency reporting to preparing leadership presentations and documenting decisions, you’ll help create clarity across teams and keep important work moving forward. Your ability to connect the dots, communicate effectively, and bring organization to a fast-paced environment will help support informed decision-making and stronger collaboration across the agency.

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 per year

Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in office, 2 days remote)

What You'll Do:

- Translate agency priorities into actionable project plans, timelines, milestones, and next steps.
- Coordinate cross-functional business and operational initiatives, tracking progress, owners, risks, dependencies, and follow-up items.
- Support recurring agency reporting by gathering, organizing, validating, and preparing metrics and data with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Maintain clear, organized documentation of data sources, reporting timelines, metric definitions, project status, and key decisions.
- Organize and maintain agency content, process documentation, shared trackers, and knowledge repositories so information stays current, accessible, and useful.
- Coordinate leadership meetings and agency routines, including agendas, presentations, pre-reads, meeting notes, action items, and follow-up.
- Prepare clear, compelling presentations and status updates that turn information and insights into meaningful takeaways for senior leaders.
- Partner with teams across creative, operations, account management, production, and other functions to resolve coordination gaps and keep work moving forward.
- Identify opportunities to improve project coordination, documentation, and team processes, helping implement agreed-upon improvements.
- Keep stakeholders informed of progress, upcoming milestones, outstanding decisions, and potential roadblocks to maintain alignment and accountability.

Who You Are:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
- Bring 4+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, business operations, or a related field.
- Have experience coordinating cross-functional projects, managing timelines, and balancing competing priorities.
- Are comfortable working with data and recurring reports, with a strong eye for detail, accuracy, and organization.
- Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing, and can prepare concise presentations and project updates.
- Know how to organize complex information, maintain useful documentation, and make resources easy for others to find and use.
- Are a proactive problem-solver who can identify gaps, anticipate challenges, and help teams find practical solutions.
- Thrive in a changing environment and can bring structure and clarity to evolving priorities.
- Are skilled at managing multiple workstreams, keeping stakeholders aligned, and meeting deadlines without losing sight of the details.
- Value collaboration and enjoy helping teams work more efficiently through thoughtful coordination, clear communication, and continuous improvement.
