As a New Patient Scheduler at Pacific Fertility , youll be one of the first people patients connect with. Youll answer questions, coordinate appointments, and help patients feel informed and supported as they begin their care.

How Youll Make a Difference
Make every first interaction welcoming
- Respond to calls, emails, and patient platform inquiries with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.
- Explain next steps clearly and help patients feel comfortable navigating the intake process.
- Help prospective patients move from an initial inquiry to a scheduled appointment.
Keep appointments and referrals moving
- Coordinate appointments across multiple physicians and clinic locations.
- Monitor incoming referrals and patient intake to support timely scheduling.
- Work with clinical teams, physician liaisons, and front desk colleagues to create a coordinated patient experience.
Take care of the details
- Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information.
- Help patients complete registration and consent forms.
- Send welcome packages, educational resources, and preliminary requisitions, such as blood work, as directed.
- Maintain accurate inquiry, registration, and referral records.
- Monitor patient portal documentation and support activity reporting.
What You Bring
- Experience in a patient-facing or customer service role—we welcome candidates early in their careers.
- Clear, thoughtful communication and a genuine interest in helping others.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage a busy phone line, competing priorities, and multiple schedules.
- A calm, compassionate approach to sensitive conversations.
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn.
An MOA certification is an asset, and medical clinic experience is preferred.
